How to keep your brain healthy with sports activities and proper nutrition.

The occasion of the Winter Olympics highlights the competition that humans are constantly involved in throughout their lives. For the "human machine" to face such challenges, it is essential that, among the various organs, the brain is in complete health. However, numerous acute pathological conditions can lead to a sudden dysfunction of it. Therefore, the meeting aims to illustrate the main actions to be taken to preserve brain health, focusing in particular on a healthy and proper diet and regular physical activity.
