The Associazione Oltre la Scuola offers two meetings to explore creative tools to apply to everyday life in order to support time management and personal organization.
Individual writing sessions alternate with the use of images for inspiration and visual thinking. Everything is integrated with ideas and elements inspired by empathic communication to support self-listening.
The aim is to find personal and sustainable ways to relate to one’s commitments, goals and needs without pressure.
