Casa Viola

Casa Viola has recently been totally refurbished in order to create new alpine style accommodations equipped with all the comforts to allow a pleasant stay for guests. The apartments are a villa on 3 floors, located in the central square of Isolaccia (in the municipality of Valdidentro), a quiet tourist village between Bormio and Livigno.

Within a few meters you can find three playgrounds for children, bike and pedestrian path, large sports area. On the ground floor of the same building works Snack Bar, Sandwich shop. In the same square there are also a supermarket, a grocery store, two butchers, clothing store, gastronomy, pastry shop. The ski lifts can also be reached on foot in a few minutes. The structure has an agreement with the thermal establishments of Roman origin and with the Bagni di Bormio Spa. In the close vicinity of the accommodation you can find two large free parking lots.

In the vicinity of Casa Viola, in the winter it is possible to practice downhill skiing, biathlon and cross-country skiing, in fact in the hamlet there are ski lifts and slopes for downhill skiing. Nordic skiing can be practiced on the Pista Viola, home to various cross-country and biathlon competitions, including the World Cup organized by the International Ski Federation. The same areas that in winter host the ski slopes, in summer become hiking trails of various levels, to be covered on foot or by mountain bike. In fact, many of the most beautiful walks in the upper Valtellina are in Valdidentro. In Isolaccia, a few meters from Casa Viola, you will also have the opportunity to practice many other activities, such as tennis and skating in the equipped sports center. Valdidentro, is for the most part within the boundaries of the Stelvio National Park, one of the largest protected areas in Europe.
