Old fashion style, elegantly finished with warm atmosphere, Chalet Teo & Marianna is a delightful, cosy Chalet, situated in a peaceful and sunny location, 2 km far away from Bormio (just 5 minutes’ drive from the town centre and the renowned Thermal Baths) on the road to Bormio 2000. This brand new Chalet is inspired by the old typical mountain huts with two and three-room apartments finely furnished in typical Alpine style with the finest natural materials such as wool, old wood and stone. Built according to the most modern environmentally friendly standards with full respect of the traditional mountain style, combining solar and geothermal energy to provide heating and hot water. All apartments have a fully-equipped kitchen with dishwasher, microwave oven, fridge, four-ring induction hob, satellite TV, balcony and large panoramic windows overlooking the Stelvio National Park mountains. All bedrooms are equipped with duvets and eco-friendly mattresses and pillows. Every apartment has an extensive private garden with table, chairs, deck-chairs and reserved parking space. Communal lounge with tavern, ‘stube’ and kitchen, barbecue facilities, Wi-Fi, garage, ski storage with heated lockers, bike storage with lockers with closed circuit video surveillance, bike repair stand and bike washing area, laundry room with washing machine, dryer, iron and ironing board, relaxation area with Finnish sauna and waterfall or rain effect shower are available for the use of guests.
