In the wellness center the ancient philosophy of bioclimatology is proposed with the Calidarium (45 - 48 ° C, air humidity 90% - 100%), a hot steam bath with natural essences that favors the regulation of the skin pH and the hydration and skin cleansing. It also has a purifying effect on the skin and stimulates the respiratory tract

A dry bath in the Finnish sauna (80 - 110 ° C, air humidity 10% - 15%) instead, triggers a process of thermoregulation with the high temperature favoring the elimination of toxins with cardiovascular and muscular benefits
