The Aprica Pass, at an elevation of 1,181 meters, is an alpine pass that connects Valtellina to the Camonica Valley, in Lombardy.
Since the Middle Ages, it has represented a strategic link between the Alps and the Po Valley, thanks to its gentle and easily traversable slopes. On one side, the view opens up to Valtellina and the majestic Bernina group, while on the other towards the peaks of the Adamello massif.
