The restaurant at Forte offers a list of typical Valtellina dishes: from pizzoccheri to bread gnocchi with crispy speck, to venison stew, to smoked trout with juniper. Our menu, consisting of traditional dishes, carefully selects fresh daily ingredients, ensuring unique meals prepared with slow cooking and a lot of passion.
We pay special attention to the selection of desserts, all strictly homemade, such as strudel and pear and chocolate cake. Our restaurant also features, in addition to an indoor dining room, a large outdoor terrace, where it is possible to have lunch in the shade of gazebos and umbrellas while enjoying a fantastic view.
