Alpe Boron alpine dairy

The Boron alpine dairy is located at the foot of the Cima Piazzi, one of the most famous glaciers of the Alps and can be reached from Isolaccia in Valdidentro taking the path onlong the Val Lia. The family run alpine dairly offers traditional alpine hospitality and traditional cuisine. A great opportunity for a moment in contact with the reality of a mountain pasture.

During the summer months, to reach the parking area in Pian de li Astela with motorized vehicles, it is necessary to purchase a daily ticket (5 €).

• From Pian della Mota: walking time 2 hours | Height difference 338 m
• From Malga San Colombano: walking time 3 hours | Height difference 312 m

The alpine hut is usually open from mid-June to mid-September (dates subject to change depending on weather conditions).
