The historic Caffè of Piazza Cavour is reborn in 2019. In mountain style, in a setting rich in history and tradition with a splendid location and relative view of the historic symbols of Bormio. It offers from breakfast a selected and artisanal coffee blend, as well as pastries and croissants. Renowned hot chocolate and homemade cakes, waffles, strudel for an excellent snack.

Light lunch with typical dishes and daily delicacies.

Apéritifs and carefully mixed cocktails accompanied by small platters of snacks. In the after dinner a wide selection of bitters, liqueurs, gin, cognac, armagnac, and rum all ready to be tasted.
