The refuge, directly on the ski slopes of Bormio 2000, is open in summer and winter, offering traditional cuisine and mountain hospitality, ideal for young people and families, and for all those who love nature.
In the restaurant room, the wood of the walls blends with the colors of the surrounding nature, creating a pleasant environment to spend a lunch or dinner admiring the alpine frame that surrounds us.

Tradition, quality, and creativity!
The traditional dishes are prepared with care, seeking the best ingredients, and whenever possible, at zero KM, such as the cheeses from the nearby pasture just a few steps from the Chalet. Choosing raw materials is the first step, followed by passion in processing, always done in-house, with respect and attention.
Dinner with the snowcat
In the winter season, when booking your dinner, transportation from Bormio 2000 will be provided by the snowcat or snowmobile.
How to reach the Chalet?
In winter, from Bormio 2000 the Chalet is accessible by ski or alpine skiing on the Skimo Trail. In the evening, transportation is available by snowcat or snowmobile.
In summer, there are several options:
- From Bormio to Bormio 2000: driving or cable car time 20 minutes to Bormio 2000
- From Bormio 2000: walking time 48 minutes | Elevation gain 220 m
- From Bormio: cycling time 1.30 hours | Elevation gain 935 m
