The refuge, directly on the ski slopes of Bormio 2000, is open in summer and winter, offering traditional cuisine and mountain hospitality, ideal for young people and families and for everyone who loves nature.
In the restaurant hall, the wood of the walls blends with the colors of the surrounding nature, creating a pleasant environment to spend the time of a lunch or dinner admiring the alpine scenery that surrounds us.
With the setting sun, it becomes even more enchanting, giving the impression of being suspended between heaven and earth, the perfect atmosphere for an unforgettable romantic dinner!

Tradition, quality, and creativity!
The traditional dishes are prepared with care, seeking the best ingredients and, when possible, at zero KM, such as the cheeses from the pasture just a few steps from the Chalet. The selection of raw materials is the first step, then there is the passion in the preparations, always homemade, with respect and attention.
Dinner with the snow cat
In the winter season, by booking your dinner, the transport from Bormio 2000 will be carried out by the snow cat or snowmobile.
How to reach the Chalet?
The Refuge offers a transport service on request.
In winter, from Bormio 2000 the Chalet can be reached by skiing or with alpine skis on the Skimo Trail. In the evening, transportation with the snow cat or snowmobile is available.
In summer, there are several options:
- From Bormio to Bormio 2000: driving or cable car time 20 minutes to Bormio 2000
- From Bormio 2000: walking time 48 minutes | Elevation gain 220 m
- From Bormio: cycling time 1.30 hours | Elevation gain 935 m
