The history of Cristall began in 1958, when Grandma Crescenzina opened a small refreshment area to welcome skiers and travelers. Since 2004, the bistrot has been run by the women of the family, who continue to carry on the passion for authentic hospitality, combining tradition, research, and quality.

In 2024, Cristall was recognized as a “historic business” by Regione Lombardia, an achievement that testifies to its long and valuable legacy.
