The story began in 1958, when Grandmother Crescenzina opened a small café to welcome skiers and travelers. Since 2004, the bistrot has been run by the women of the family, who continue to blend authentic hospitality, tradition, and innovation.
In 2024, Bistrot Cristall was officially recognized as a “historic business” by the Lombardy Region, a milestone celebrating its rich legacy.
