Snacks and delightful breaks: fresh and genuine flavors

Starting with breakfast, we offer local and organic products, including homemade cakes. During the day, you can choose from various options for a light lunch, tasty snacks, and delicious nibbles, along with original aperitifs.
Among the offerings, fresh yogurt from the dairy with seasonal fruits, dried fruits, honey, cereals, smoothies, freshly squeezed juices, salads, and hot or cold dishes, all prepared with ingredients selected from local farms.

At the garden bar, we offer dishes and drinks prepared with fresh ingredients, chosen to respect the environment. The dishes reflect a constant attention to sustainability while maintaining a high standard of quality.

Our organic garden

In summer, we have a small vegetable garden in the back of our house and a corner for aromatic herbs. If the weather permits, we grow vegetables and herbs organically to include in the products we offer on the menu. It’s something we are very proud of because it allows us to see the growth and taste the products that we have cultivated and cared for, and you can really feel the difference. We use drip and timed irrigation, organic fertilizers, and do not use chemical fertilizers. For products that we cannot cultivate ourselves, we rely on a local social cooperative that has greenhouses and various plots of land.
