Traditional cuisine and local culinary art
Alongside classic Italian dishes, our cuisine features local culinary specialities: pizzoccheri, sciatt, and mountain cheeses. And then there are the local cured meats: bresaola and deer bresaola tell the story of the territory and have an unrivalled flavour. However, the star of the menu is homemade pasta, prepared with passion according to an ancient recipe, confirming the authenticity and naturalness of our cuisine. Meanwhile, our wood-fired pizzas come in a wide variety of flavours. Takeaway service is also available on request.

Sara Lazzeri, our sommelier, was voted ‘best sommelier in Lombardy’ in 2018. Born in 1991, she had already been awarded ‘best sommelier under 18’.
