In the Alute plain, the eponymous cross-country skiing trail develops. In a sunny position, it is ideal for approaching Nordic skiing, with simple routes suitable for beginners and children, but also for those who want a quick workout just a few steps from the center of Bormio.
The trail is managed by the Scuola Sci Fondo Alta Valtellina, which is also on-site with equipment rental. During the winter season, courses are organized for children to approach the discipline, as well as for adults, both group and individual.
