With two locations – in San Nicolò and Santa Caterina Valfurva – the business is run by brothers Antonio, Achille, and Italo Confortola, who preserve a heritage of craftsmanship and authenticity.
The range includes premium bresaola, cured and fresh meats, artisanal cheeses, as well as local wines, honey, jams, and other Valtellina specialties.
The dry alpine air of Alta Valtellina and the pristine nature of the Stelvio National Park make each product unique in flavor and quality.
