Out of hours emergency care

The Continuity Care Service provides non-urgent interventions during the hours when general practitioners and family pediatricians are not on duty:

• from Monday to Friday from 7:00 PM to 8:00 AM
• on the eve of holidays (Saturday and the day before national holidays) and holidays (Sunday and national holidays): 24 hours a day

To access the Continuity Care Service, it is necessary to call the European single number 116117

On days when the Seasonal Continuity Care Service is not active, tourists can contact General Practitioners or Family Pediatricians upon payment of the visit, which may be reimbursable by their ATS; the following fees are listed:

Outpatient visit

• Euro 20.00
• Euro 30.00

Home visit

• Euro 35.00
• Euro 45.00

Prescription Renewal

You can contact your General Practitioner – Family Pediatrician who will issue the Electronic Prescription Number (EPN) with which you can go, equipped with your health card, to any Pharmacy to pick up your medications.
