Founded in 1950, Panificio Gobbi Frattini is a historic family bakery renowned for fresh bread, pastries, and artisanal baked goods.
The bakery specializes in AIC-certified gluten-free products, ensuring both taste and safety for gluten-free diets. Every day (except Sunday), you’ll find gluten-free bread, focaccia, cookies, and desserts, each individually packaged and stored in a dedicated basket for maximum freshness and hygiene.

The store is located in Bormio on Via Roma and in Sondalo on Via Vanoni.
