Yoga lessons with Dr. Micaela Placentino, Yoga, Postural, and Mobility instructor and founder of Accademia Yoga in Fascia®.

Classes will be held at the Sala Zen di Bormio Terme on the following days and times:

  • Tuesday at 7.45 pm
  • Friday at 7.45 pm

Participants are required to bring:

  • their own mat;
  • a blanket;
  • comfortable clothing.
