Information on Bormio's ski area

• The Bormio ski area will host the Milan Cortina 2026 Winter Olympics.
  For the duration of the Olympic competitions, the ski lifts will be closed from 1 to 16 February 2026. Limited opening from 17 to 22 February 2026.
  The dates subject to closure/restrictions for the Olympics are subject to change at any time by order of the competent authorities.

• The Santa Caterina ski area will remain open as usual during the Olympic period.
  Given the high number of tourists expected during the Olympic period, we recommend using the A073 Bormio - Valfurva S. Caterina public transport bus service, which will be running every 30 minutes for the occasion.

• The Cima Piazzi - San Colombano ski area will remain open as usual during the Olympic period.
  Given the high number of tourists expected during the Olympic period, we recommend using the A072 Bormio - Valdidentro - Livigno public transport bus service, which will be running every 60 minutes for the occasion.
