We cherish the ancient Valtellinese recipes, passed down through time and preserving flavors, aromas, and emotions that are completely unique and typical. We want to preserve the history and authenticity of the dishes we prepare, starting from genuine and high-quality raw materials. We know very well, indeed, extremely well, the excellence of the products we use in our preparations! Many of the raw materials used in the restaurant's kitchen come from our Agricultural Company: gardens, fields, and farms within the agriturismo allow us to prepare flavorful, tasty dishes of which we know the origin.
Our dishes will allow you to embark on true sensory journeys, to discover territories and traditions that have maintained their uniqueness over time. At Agriturismo San Gallo, we boast a well-stocked cellar, complete with carefully selected wines, both from Valtellina and elsewhere, that will wonderfully complement the dishes you choose to taste and that we will be happy to recommend.

Takeaway service. - During winter, it is open every evening for dinner. In low season, the day off is Wednesday, and in both cases, reservations are appreciated.
