Since 1934, The Salumaio has been a landmark for those seeking the authentic flavors of Valtellina. Born as a small artisanal deli, it has preserved ancient recipes, passing down the passion from generation to generation for over 90 years of history.
Today it continues to produce typical Valtellina cured meats, including the renowned artisanal bresaola, along with local cheeses and other genuine specialties. Each product is made with selected ingredients and according to traditional methods, taking advantage of the unique conditions of Alta Valtellina for a natural curing.
In the store, it is also possible to find gift baskets with typical products, perfect for bringing home a piece of tradition or for a special gift.
