The Palaghiaccio di Bormio is a landmark for ice fun, ideal for both beginners and non-professional skaters, as well as athletes and sports teams involved in short track and figure skating.
The facility features a FISG-approved artificial ice rink and four locker rooms equipped with showers, capable of meeting the needs of training sessions, sports events, and recreational activities. There is also a coffee break room inside, a space dedicated to relaxation where you can recharge before getting back on the ice.
A long tradition of high-level sports
It has been the host of significant international short track competitions multiple times and today represents an excellence in the national sports landscape. Currently, it is the Federal Center of the Italian National Short Track Team and hosts numerous national teams that choose Bormio as a preferred location for training and athletic preparation, thanks to the quality of the facilities and the unique environmental context.

What should I wear?
The temperature inside the Palaghiaccio is not high, and we recommend dressing in layers and wearing comfortable and warm clothing. Gloves are recommended.
