Aqua Vitae - The History of Skiing and Mountain Agriculture Production is an event organized by Unimont – Alpine Pole of the University of Milan.

- 9:00 - 10:30 | "Stormy Peaks. Around and Towards the Summit", by Professor Elena Felicani and PhD student Arianna Ferioli (University of Milan). Following this,
- 11:00 - 12:30 | "The Future of Agricultural Production in Mountain Areas" featuring the Pedranzini Family: Giacomo Pedranzini recounts the transformation of the family business from a small local enterprise to an industrial reality, while Andrea Pedranzini discusses the commitment to quality that led to the birth of the Honest Food project, an example of sustainable innovation rooted in the alpine territory.
