The restaurant is a piece of history of Santa Caterina Valfurva, and retains the name of the ancient Caffè Bormio, established in 1896 for the refreshment of travelers passing to and from the Stelvio Pass, and was the embryo of the Hotel Baita Fiorita of Deborah.
This environment also preserves the love for wood, the taste for details, and all the warmth of the Compagnoni family for a truly special evening. In the restaurant, dishes of Valtellina tradition are favored, one for all the Pizzoccheri, and ancient recipes revisited with wisdom. Each course highlights tradition and is accompanied by excellent local wines.
As a backdrop, tea, herbal teas, infusions of aromatic herbs, a innate care for details and for magical atmospheres. The Hotel Baita Fiorita is also a restaurant, accessible to all by reservation.
