The restaurant of the Funivia Bormio Active Hotel, open to external guests as well, is one of the central places of the Funivia experience.
Open only for dinner, it welcomes guests in a bright and elegant room with a panoramic view of the slope, where atmosphere and cuisine meet in a natural and surprising way. Quality is not a detail: it comes from the careful selection of raw materials, including local zero-kilometer products and Italian excellences, and takes shape thanks to the passion and experience of our chef Federico and the entire staff.

Flavors of Valtellina…

The great dishes of the territory are the heart of our menu. Pizzoccheri, sciatt, polenta taragna, bresaola, sc’mödin, deer stew (and much more) tell the story of the valley in a direct and authentic way, with preparations that respect tradition while bringing it into the present. Recipes that speak the local language, bringing not only a unique taste but also a piece of history.

Alongside traditional dishes, there are fish-based options, colorful vegetarian and vegan options, delicious appetizers and side dishes, and a selection of meats that can never be missing in the mountains. The desserts complete the journey, with textures, aromas, and little pleasures you won't easily forget.

During the summer season, we also offer special outdoor grill evenings. The chefs cook meat and vegetables in view, while you can help yourself in a assisted buffet style and settle down in the garden, surrounded by greenery and with a view of the mountains. An informal and convivial occasion to experience cuisine in a different way, taking advantage of the beautiful season.
